**Position: Steel Estimating & Sales Specialist**

**Job Description: Steel Estimating and Sales Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Estimation and Proposal Development**:

- Analyze project requirements and blueprints to accurately estimate materials, labor, and costs for construction-related steel fabrication, installation, and manufacturing projects.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and competitive project bids.
- Prepare comprehensive and detailed proposals that showcase our capabilities, value proposition, and cost competitiveness.

**2. Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities for growth within the construction industry and manufacturing sector.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with contractors and other fabricators and other stakeholders to generate leads and promote our products and services.
- Present and communicate the company's offerings persuasively, addressing client needs and providing tailored solutions.

**3. Project Management**:

- Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are executed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, coordinating fabrication, logistics, and supply activities.
- Address any project-related challenges, changes, or issues that may arise during the execution phase.

**4. Market Research and Strategy**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strategic directions.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions to contribute insights that drive growth and innovation.

**5. Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in estimating, sales, or project management within the steel fabrication and construction industry.
- Strong technical understanding of steel fabrication processes, construction methods, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and navigate challenges.
- Proficiency in project estimation software, CRM tools, and Google Business Apps.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
