About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Big Fresh. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document technical requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
  • Provide strategic advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities
