Ottawa Tutoring provides the highest quality tutoring in Ottawa and surrounding areas. We are currently looking for passionate and creative tutors to join our team. The majority of the tutoring is one-on-one sessions that will take place at the student's home as well as virtually.

**Hours**:

- You choose the hours you want to work
- Weekly commitment of 5 to 20 hours a week
- Weekdays, evenings, and weekends with the majority of the sessions taking place after 3:30pm on weeknights

**We are looking for**:

- Someone who loves helping others and has great communication
- Someone who is completing (or has completed) a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Someone with great academic merit
- Someone who is professional and reliable
- Someone who is patient and creative
- Someone who is very organized

**Knowledge of (one or more of the following)**:

- GRADE 1 - 8 ENGLISH, FRENCH, MATH and/or SCIENCE
- GRADE 9 - 12 MATH (Calculus, Data Management, Statistics and/or Advanced Functions), SCIENCE (Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and/or Computer Science), and/or LANGUAGES (English and/or French)

**The following are considered an asset**:

- You have previous tutoring, coaching, or mentoring experience
- You are in Teacher's College, or have completed a teaching degree
- You have access to a vehicle

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
