CLS has an exciting opportunity for an IT Administrator as a Tier I/II technician. You will work directly with our Manager of Information Technology to support CLS’ wide range of technology. You will gain experience in a vast variety of systems and technologies, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows Server, Windows 10/11, UKG, Jira, Intune MDM and even fax machines. You will work primarily out of our New Westminster office but will visit many of our 50+ locations throughout the GVRD and Fraser Valley for troubleshooting and hardware deployments.

**Principal Functions and Accountabilities**:

- First response and support to our front line leaders
- Troubleshooting issues with existing deployed technology
- Deploying new computers, phones and other tech to our various locations
- Creating and updating documentation and procedures
- Owning and completing a quarterly project

**Requirements**:

- Must be approachable and willing to work with a variety of people with varying technical abilities
- Must have a valid drivers license and access to a safe and working vehicle
- Must have a demonstrable interest in learning to use, operate and maintain a wide range of computer systems
- Must be able to multitask and function with disruptions
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English, in both verbal and written forms
- Experience working as an IT Support Role (or similar job type) OR a demonstrable related post-secondary education and experience with technical support
- Must currently live in BC

**Nice to have**:

- Experience installing Windows manually or via deployment
- Experience installing and configuring Microsoft Office
- Experience with both Android and iOS
- Interest/or experience with PowerShell scripting
- Demonstrable home-lab and learnings

**Term/Status**:Full-time

**Salary**:$55,000 - $60,000
