**The Role**

**What You Will Do at Goway**
- Interpret and produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing, graphics, and product teams to plan and develop all content, style, and layouts.
- Daily review of Import Data including XML’s to ensure they are error free
- Creating reports for inhouse stakeholders
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
- Evaluate business processes and work flows, making practical recommendations for process improvements and assist with implementing and validating any process changes
- Any other functions deemed necessary by the Packaging and Content Manager

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Effective personal organization skills
- Ability to take ownership of and manage projects
- Liberal Arts background, with effective creative writing skills in English
- Working knowledge of Photoshop
- Must be able to create and understand Excel formulas
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Solid understanding of SEO concepts
- Ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
- Maintains composure and objectivity in stressful situations and in dealing with multiple inquiries and varying management styles.
