**Web Manager**

United Way Greater Toronto is looking for an experienced and analytical Web Manager to join our team at our Toronto office.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Producer, the Web Manager is responsible for supporting the ongoing development of United Way Greater Toronto’s (UWGT’s) web channel, associated web properties and online e-marketing initiatives. The Web Manager is also responsible for supporting the evolution of UWGT’s website design, functionality, and web content.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage and maintain UWGT’s website including a focus on excellence in UX and UI, including new function development, design updates, plug-in integration, etc.
- Coordinate with Senior Digital Producer on updates to the organizational
- website and ensure accurate, timely, and useful information is posted online
- Ensure consistent online brand presence and exceptional user experience
- Manage search engine optimization for website, coordinate backlinks and crosslinking and assist in other strategic online alliances as directed by the Senior Digital Producer
- Manage third-party fundraising event system including the management of internal and external stakeholders to deploy the product within organizations
- Work closely with Senior Digital Producer, IT, Special Events and Direct Marketing stakeholders to integrate the online properties with other online fundraising and customer management systems
- Support the Senior Digital Producer in ongoing competitive analysis of digital media and emerging products related to online marketing and fundraising

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma with an emphasis on coding, design and management, or equivalent work-related experience
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge; demonstrated experience with MAC or Windows platform and knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP
- Experience in WordPress coding and development
- Experience with online tools, Luminate Online or Blackbaud Internet Services, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Good project management skills
- Ability to gather and analyze information needed for problem solving and decision making
- Ability to influence, negotiate and manage contentious issues to resolution
- Ability to coordinate and modify projects, and occasionally work with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven organizational abilities and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proven ability to take initiative and carry projects to completion with minimum supervision
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and constituent service skills including the ability to work respectfully and inclusively with a diverse employee population and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and proven track record of accuracy
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience with content management tools like Drupal and Joomla an asset
- Willingness to actively contribute to the organizational equity framework through participation in learning opportunities and implementing anti-oppressive, and anti-racist learning into action internally and externally
