TriLink Management Corp is seeking a highly energetic teammate to join our team. We are a local Hotel & Vacation property management company in the business of providing vacation and hotel rentals to travelers.

**Summary of Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities as Housekeeping Room Attendant include but are not limited to:

- Ensure the cleanliness of hotel rooms and condos while adhering to cleanliness standards
- Making beds, changing sheets and towels
- Cleaning washrooms including toilets, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, floors, bathroom fixtures and others as assigned
- Vacuuming floors, upholstered furniture
- Dusting of furniture, blinds and fixtures
- Stock guest room amenities
- Removal and sorting of linen, garbage and recycling
- Comply with all policies, procedures, and service standards
- Responsible for laundering Linens,
- Other reasonable duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Physically fit and able to work well under pressure
- Able to work well independently with little supervision
- Must be a team player and demonstrate organizational skills
- Verbal and written English
- Must be able to make decisions individually and show problem-solving ability
- Constant walking throughout shift
- Housekeeping is a very physically demanding position. Duties include repetitive bending, pulling, carrying (up to 25lbs.).

**Benefits**:

- **Summer Bonus**: Earn up to $1,600 in retention bonuses from June to October.
- **Housing Allowance**: As we do not offer staff accommodation, employees will receive an additional bonus paid as a housing allowance.
- **Salary**: The total compensation package for this position is up to $24 per hour.

Schedule:

- 8 hr shifts/ 40hrs per week
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
- The schedule will be produced bi-weekly to allow for staff to plan adventures.

**Experience**:

- housekeeping: 1 year (preferred) however we are willing to train the right person.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
