**Job Title**:Logistics Coordinator

**Reports To**:Post-Sales Manager

**Summary**:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all inbound & outbound deliveries for the business. This includes managing the entire process for equipment, spare parts, and consumables. The Logistics Coordinator will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery schedules are achieved.

**Time Utilization**:
Regular business hours are from 8:00 AM until 5 PM. The schedule needs to be flexible to accommodate project meetings, customer arrangements, and all other project requirements.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Includes the following however, other related duties may be assigned, if required:
1. Plan and manage logistics & transportation inbound & outbound orders with Multivac locations, partners, suppliers, customs, and customers.

2. Track and trace shipments and update customers and systems accordingly.

3. Process documents and information through established systems, including customs docs, supplier invoices, etc.

4. Coordinate efforts for deliveries with appropriate internal, customer and 3rd party warehouses.

5. Work closely with the Sales Administration team and Project Managers to ensure proper communication of deliveries and timing with customers.

6. Liaise and negotiate with key players such as suppliers, vendors, and customs.

7. Support effective customer communication, interacting directly for efficiency as needed.

8. Address any problems or complains that may arise quickly and amicably.

9. Establish and maintain metrics & analytics with regards to all processes to ensure consistency, quality improvement and cost savings.

**Education/Experience**:
Two to four years College or University degree program (Technical curriculum/process engineering), or high school diploma with five or more years of direct industry related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previously logistics experience (four or more years) is required.
- Project coordinating/order processing experience (primary packaging preferred) in the food industry is an asset.
- SAP knowledge and experience (two or more years) is preferred.

**Communication**:
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential for communication with customers and other members of the Multivac team.

Be flexible to work within processes but be able to adapt to, and suggest improvements, when it serves business purposes and growth.

**Language Ability**:
**Computer Skills**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS-Office programs, Order processing systems; Internet software, ERP systems; Database software and Customer relationship management (CRM/C4C), etc. SAP is an asset.

**Certificates and Licenses**:
Current valid driver’s license, current passport, and a clean police background check which provides the ability to travel as required by the position.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
