**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Customer order processing, packing slip generation for outbound shipment from WMS.
- Creating pick tickets / receiving slips for daily transactions.
- Receiving of customer goods into the facility and entering them into the WMS.
- Coordinating all shipment pickups / deliveries with operations staff.
- Month end internal reporting.
- Overflow shipping assistance.
- Creating shipment paperwork / labels.
- Managing warehouse staff and delegating daily employee responsibility.
- Confirming order accuracy for all outbound shipments
- Complete order request, customer programs, counts, display builds accurately and in a timely manner daily.
- To follow workplace safety policies and procedures.
- To follow workplace CFIA, GMP, and PIP policies and procedures.
- Read and understand all company SOP’s to understand each different warehouse accounts.
- Show professionalism daily towards all departments, staff, carriers, customers, and drivers.
- Positive, motivated, and focused attitudes are always expected.

Responsible for all communication with warehouse customers. Duties include but not limited to:

- Day to day correspondence and customer requests.
- Customer issues / concerns.
- New customer setups
- Controls customer pickups.
- Customer reporting requests (KPI’s, Transactions, Inventory, etc.)

Responsible for all CFIA, GMP, PIP and CTPAT documentation, procedures & policies. Duties include but not limited to:

- Ensure all record documentation that is required is completed properly and on time.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed by all employees, drivers, and visitors.
- Ensure that all employees are using proper Personal Protective Equipment.
- Ensure all employees are following proper procedures when completing different tasks.
- Record any deficiencies and / or corrective action forms.
- Record and action any customer complaints.
- Ensure that HR receives all required documentation for record keeping (for warehouse area only).
- Schedule, complete and run warehouse Audits.

**Qualifications**
- 1 year experience in the role of a Logistics coordinator
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Exceptional customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
