Project Coordinator

[known internally as Sales Support Specialist]

This position is responsible for providing support to the Sales Manager with project quotes and proposals, evaluating customer’s contracts, terms, and conditions, order management, and, account maintenance.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Prepare and submit proposals and supporting documents in customer quoting portals
- Provide administrative assistance to Sales Representatives and ensure all documentation is properly executed and deadlines are met
- Maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with Sales Manager to make sure project goals are met
- Manage contract milestone activities, and close-out activities
- Act as a liaison and coordinator amongst key stakeholders
- Organize and maintain contract related hard copies and digital records
- Order entry and management
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer to arrange delivery of product
- Analysis of costing and selling spreadsheets
- Track orders to ensure delivery times are met

- Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Commerce or similar.
