We are currently looking to hire a **Full-Time Move-In Coordinator (12-month contract) **who would support the property manager the project manager, and the accommodations specialist on the process of all new resident move-ins, to ensure positive client experience.

**Summary of Responsibilities**:

- Work with the residents and the internal departments to arrange details of the move to the property
- Assist with the administrative function with inputting data into Yardi, Yuhu, and various Excel spreadsheets
- Support the move-in and move-out process, by placing elevators out of service, and coordinating efforts with shared access from The Rocket Condominium
- Provide proper orientation, tour and education to onboard new residents to the property to live autonomously e.g. location of the mailroom, explanation of recycling tri-sorter, after-hours emergency contact information
- Ensure follow up is completed within one week of a resident move-in to ensure they are settling into the property e.g. providing the location of garbage area for larger items, teaching them how to open a maintenance ticket in Yuhu, and offering directions to points of interest.
- Supports the accommodations team by assisting with the writing of welcome cards, scanning documents, photocopying floor plans, conducting property tours, handling phone inquiries, hosting functions or outreach programs
- Manages orientation process of new residents including communication with internal departments (e.g.: Accommodations specialist, live-in maintenance and the Shiplake accounting team)
- Develop excellent relationships with residents
- Support in dealing with resident inquiries and complaints

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Two years of Customer service experience preferred
- Completed post-secondary education preferred
- Must have a mobile phone, Wi-Fi access will be provided
- Polite phone etiquette, professional, positive, and a self-starter

**Physical Demands**:

- Considerable walking and standing

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be available anytime between Monday - Friday (11 am-7 pm)
- May be required to work weekends and holidays as needed.
