- Competitive base salary $17.00/hour (includes a premium of $1.75 per worked hour);
- $2.00 per hour for bilingual if applicable;

- Great full-time working hours: Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm EST;

- This position offers the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference;

**Responsibilities**:
As a **Account Receivable **Representative, **you will have the mandate to evaluate situations and request commitments related to accounts receivable from small and medium-sized businesses. On a daily basis, you will make outbound calls or take calls from the customers of Canada's largest telecommunications company.

In this role, you will:

- Analyze the risks of income loss using different tools and working methods;
- Recover unpaid balances through information, negotiation, and evaluation of payment options while respecting company procedures and policies;
- Document discussion and update accounts receivable information;
- At all times, respects the high level of ethics and quality expected on call and necessary to maintain the business relationship with customers

Qualifications:
**What you need to join our team**:

- Bilingual (English and French);
- High school diploma, completed;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Abide by rules and procedures set in place;
- Ability to work in a computerized environment and to perform various tasks simultaneously;
- Previous collection experience, an asset;
**Work from home e**ligibility criteria**:

- Must reside within the hiring location.
- Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
- Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
