Markham, Canada Specialist Medical Office Full time

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare patient for physician evaluation, including vitals and medical history
- Document observations and care provision with attending physician
- Coordinate follow-up appointments with the patient
- Anticipates, recognizes and addresses rapidly changing situations

Qualifications:

- University certification required
- 1-2 years of experience working as a clinical assistant
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proven planning, time management and organizational skills

Working Conditions:

- Work will be performed in a community office setting
- Weekday daytime hours

Please note: This is a part-time position, with the opportunity for extension into full-time position, based on performance.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Accuro EMR: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical office: 2 years (required)
