- ou have 8+ years public/Private Equity accounting experience. Y
- ou have skills in negotiation, business planning and budgeting, margin analysis, rating agency relations and technical accounting. Y
- ou have strong knowledge of waterfall structures, modelling and calculations. Y
- ou will a highly successful record of delivering large scale business/technology reengineering initiatives in the private equity, hedge funds and fund of funds businesses. Y
- ou have some knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other comprehensive basis of accounting. Y
- ou have experience in reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements. Y
- ou have strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals. Y
- ou have project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task. Y
- ou have strong written and verbal communication skills. Y
- ou have advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel). Y
- ou have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Y
- ou ideally have a CPA designation. O

Y

**our Role: M**
- aintain and control the general ledger and various sub-ledgers. P
- repare and review financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements. P
- repare and review limited partner and general partner allocations. P
- repare and review trial balances and work paper product. R
- eview capital activity that pertains to the funds including capital calls, distributions, rebalances and transfers. P
- repare and review fee calculations including (but not limited to) management fees, admin fees, waterfall clawback, and carried interest calculations. Y
- ou will manage and monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables; Overall responsibility for client relationships and meetings. I
- nteract with senior management and manage overall relationships for multiple clients; Provide technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients. L
- ead the preparation of client service plans including annual budget; Establish plan for new client setup and transitions. C
- oordinate with Operations group, Financial Statement group, Tax group, and Investor Relations group. C
- oordinate, manage and monitor external audit process. R
- eview private equity fund client’s partnership agreements, PPM’s and other materials. I
- mplement the fund structures on accounting system. C
- oach, develop, train staff and continue to build out our infrastructure; Ad hoc reports as needed. R
