**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Order Desk**
- Create new cash customer accounts.
- Writes details of customer's orders or enters them into a computer program.
- Informs customer of receipt of order, price, shipping date and possible delay, or requests additional information required to complete order.
- Prepares customer documents as required.
- Passes order to appropriate department for processing.
- Provide reception coverage dependent on operational requirements.
- Conduct follow-ups on orders and searching for product from different branches.
- Ensure availability and timeliness of all branch orders from the warehouse ready to be picked, shipped, and invoiced daily.
- Coordinate status of pertinent back orders from delivery to the warehouse to shipment to the appropriate location(s).
- Liaise with production on scheduling for stock fills and special orders and any adjustments that need to be made as required; regular finished goods stock adjustments
- Keep branch and sales group informed of scheduling and other changes or adjustments that need to be made for special orders
- Process special production orders
- Reorder office supplies as needed

**Receptionist**
- Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk by answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Sign for courier deliveries.
- Assist visitors and customers with inquiries, providing information or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Provide reception coverage as required, ensuring continuity of service.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent customer service skills with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of product knowledge both for architectural and industrial
- Excellent computer skills; working knowledge of B-track / POS system
- Understands the inventory control process and order management
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
