Some of the Duties would include:
- Maintain accurate and confidential information
- Assist with event planning
- Liaison with temporary services
- Assist associates with general questions and concerns
- Weekly orientation and internal training
- Support internal and external interview process
- Responsible for the uniform program and lockers
- Track and monitor attendance program
- Assist with travel arrangements for the company
- Assist with month end presentation and photos of service awards & president awards
- Support the month end reporting
- Morning and JHSC minutes
**Experience**:
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- Applicable knowledge and/or education in Microsoft office
