JOB OVERVIEW:
Ryse Construction Group is a residential and commercial construction management company that works in London, ON. We specialize in high end renovations and new home construction.

REPORTING TO:
Project Manager

EXPERIENCE:

- 2+ years’ experience in the field.
- Construction/Restoration experience preferred.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices.
- Ability to work within a team or independently as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Basic computer or tablet experience.
- Willing to work overtime, on call and weekends as needed.
- Travel may be required.
- Achieved or working towards their journeyman carpenter certification is an asset.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the duties and responsibilities shall include, but not

be limited to, the following:

- Demolition, framing, drywall, trim, flooring, windows, insulation, etc.
- Attention to detail on all construction activities.
- Identify and solve problems quickly - either directly or properly delegated.
- Demonstrate safe operation of hand/power tools and other onsite equipment as needed.
- Knowledge in current building code and construction math.
- Onsite cleanup and good housekeeping practices.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
- Maintain a daily log.
- Prepare, schedule and supervise the completion of the final Punch List.
- Work toward zero deficiencies.
- Supervise and direct Ryse Construction Group Ltd labour.
- Overall - maintains an organized, efficient job site and construction office.
- Compensation to be determined based on experience.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 5 years (required)
