We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter/Maintenance Professional to join our dedicated team.

**Overview**
As a Carpenter/Maintenance Professional at Blue Planet Properties, you will be responsible for a variety of carpentry, renovation, and maintenance tasks. Your daily responsibilities may include tasks such as drywalling, flooring replacement, bathroom renovations, and more. This role is ideal for someone who is versatile, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality craftsmanship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Carpentry and Renovations**:

- Framing and structural carpentry.
- Drywall installation, taping, and mudding.
- Joinery and trim work.
- Flooring installation (e.g., hardwood, laminate, tile).
- Painting and finishing.
- Cupboard and countertop installations.
- Basic concrete work (e.g., patching, small pours).

**Maintenance Tasks**:

- Performing small repairs such as fixing door knobs, patching drywall, and other minor fixes.
- Basic plumbing tasks (e.g., faucet replacement, minor leak repairs).
- Basic electrical tasks (e.g., replacing light fixtures, troubleshooting outlets).

**Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)**:

- Network wiring and basic electrical work.
- Siding installation and repairs.
- Eavestrough installation and maintenance.
- Masonry work, including mortar repair.
- Tiling and grout work.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in carpentry, renovations, or related construction work.
- Proven ability to complete tasks efficiently with a high standard of quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
