As a Receptionist, a typical day might include:_**
- Ability to use discretion, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with the needs, problems, &/or concerns of stakeholders
- Knowledge of office management principles, methods, and procedures
- Excellent organizational & time-management skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple files and deadlines
- Initiative and team-player mindset, with demonstrated commitment to clear, concise, and open communication
- Active listening and objection handling skills
- Creative & collaborative problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure in a time constrained environment
- Flexibility in adapting to changes in priorities, assignments, and interruptions which may impact pre-established timelines for completing projects & assignment

**_ Must Haves:_**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced corporate administrative support role, consistently meeting internal core competencies
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Post Secondary degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
- Commercial insurance industry experience, considered an asset
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
