We are currently seeking a dedicated Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Spa Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Detailed Job Duties: Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls, book appointments, and manage inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Handle payment transactions and manage cash register Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management Coordinate with therapists to ensure timely scheduling of appointments Provide information about our services, promotions, and packages Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively Qualifications: Completion of Secondary school is required Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities knowledge in MS Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure Passion for wellness and interest in the spa industry Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings How to Apply: Please send your resume by email to We thank all candidates who are interested in this position; however, only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
