As a Talent Advisor, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, your objective will be to recruit nested talents throughout Quebec to participate in the construction of renewable, solar or wind energy parks. Based in the Lévis, Quebec office, the role will be performed in a hybrid formula. Come and experience something different with the sun and the wind

**Do you have what it takes?**

- Hold a post-secondary diploma in human resources or a related field;
- Demonstrate a professional background of approximately 3 years in a similar role;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
- Knowledge of the field of construction and a broad interest in renewable energies are an asset

**What you will do to complete this mission successfully**:

- Carry out the entire recruitment process for the determined groups;
- Present adapted recruitment strategies and communicate the progress of the procedures;
- Demonstrate creativity and develop unique and effective sourcing and recruitment strategies;
- Act as an ambassador for our brand and promote our initiative to become an employer of choice;
- Participate in the development, execution and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies;
- Represent the company during recruitment-related activities as well as with educational institutions and business partners;
- Supervise, optimize and coordinate recruitment processes;
- Collaborate on special projects related to recruitment and/or human resources.
