Together, we’re working to transform the food supply chain, making it a conduit for community development and well-being. By aggregating procurement contracts from independent farmers, increasing growing capacity, and integrating smart logistical solutions, we are providing stable markets for farmers in both northern and southern Ontario.

We seek a motivated Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to join our operations team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end food distribution logistics, onsite and online, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery in northern Ontario’s complex logistical environment. The role requires you to be in Woodstock, Tillsonburg, Stratford or the surrounding area for proximity to our warehouse and facilities.

Develop and maintain supply chain strategies, oversee inventory and ensure quality and timeliness, especially as demand grows and service areas expand.
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage the ERP system to monitor supply, process pre-orders, and track deliveries.
Work closely with farmers, food providers, and suppliers to align supply with demand, and negotiate contracts as needed.
Address delivery issues proactively to maintain high service standards.
Monitor costs and ensure all supply chain processes meet legal and safety standards.

Excellent technical skills in ERP software and general inventory management tools.
Minimum 3 years experience in food distribution or a similar supply chain setting is preferred.
A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
