About the Job

Please note the preferred location for this role is Victoria, BC, but we are open to hiring remotely within British Columbia.

Some tasks you’ll be taking on

Ensure customers are charged appropriately
Review and audit accounts
Ensure excellence in service with the ability to solve conflicts
Monitor and manage account subscriptions
Audit customer accounts as appropriate
Ensure billing notifications are sent out in a timely and accurate manner as per company standards
Monitor Recurring Billing Processes for accuracy and report any discrepancies to appropriate teams
Other related duties as assigned by Billing Manager

You are

Driven, self-motivated and possess excellent time management skills
Empathetic and quickly able to build rapport with others
Teamplayer as well as independently accountable
Excellent communication and people skills
Detail oriented

Ideally, you should have

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
2-3 years experience working in a Finance office setting
2-3 years experience in customer facing roles
2-3 years experience working with accounting software & technology
