- Furniture Planning
- Move Management (logistics, packing, unpacking, home set up)
- Staging
- Home Clear Outs

**We are currently seeking a TEAM LEAD**

**Main Responsibilities**:
20% of the job responsibilities involve: Managing administration and client communications for all major projects. This includes assessing the scope of work for projects, estimating, writing Proposals, updating client files, and taking the lead on communications with the client and other relevant parties throughout the project.

80% of the job responsibilities involve: On-site management of your own projects and/or working in tandem with other Project Leads. Supervising and motivating up to 2 projects assistants on projects.

**Job Description and Skills Required**:

- F/T Monday-Friday
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Able to supervise and motivate a team of up to 2 project assistants
- Physically fit, you can lift up to 50 pounds and are comfortable with a job that requires lots of lifting, turning and stairs.
- You get a thrill from creating order out of chaos and are not averse to working in cluttered and sometimes dirty environments
- Many of our clients are older adults. You enjoy working with seniors and can tailor your communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients of an older generation.
- Effective time management is critical. You can empathize with clients who are experiencing stress related to downsizing/moving while motivating them to participated in a positive way. Your task is to balance empathy with efficiency.
- Strong ethical standards related to client management and dealing with their things.

**Compensation**
- $42,000 - $48,000.00 base salary
- Year-end bonus potential of up to 20% of base salary ($8,400.00 - $9,600.00)

**Start Date**
- April 24th

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
