Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with telemarketing or inside sales experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set appointments for the sales team
- Build and maintain a database of leads and track progress
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation
- Follow up with leads to ensure their needs are met and answer any questions they may have
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Electrical and Security is preferred
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English (other languages skills are a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
