**Reporting**

Reporting to the Senior Director, Business and Retail Development, the Store Planning Lead provides leadership of the Store Planning department to successfully open, transition, renovate and/or relocate Pharmasave stores while ensuring compliance with all Pharmasave Brand standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise the entire store construction/renovation process
- Lead all store planning meetings
- Manage dates and logistics of store opening, renovations and ownership changes
- Review drawings and make recommendations to store owners
- Liaison with contractors and store owners and coordinate project schedules to meet project timelines
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Work in collaboration with all departments to ensure the successful opening of a new store or store renovation
- Manage and supervise store planning merchandisers ensuring opening orders, merchandising and logistics are maintained and meet Pharmasave standards
- Ensure all required reports, projects and key initiatives are completed within the timeframe allocated
- Represent Pharmasave at various conferences and events as required
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Experience**

**Requirements**:

- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid Ontario driver’s license
- Extensive travel throughout Ontario is required
- Frequent overnight stays throughout Ontario are required
- Must have strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Full range of body motion required, while lifting items weighing up to 30lbs (above shoulders, twisting, bending, climbing ladder while balancing items in hands)
- Medium to heavy lifting required; up to 30 lbs. daily.
- Examples: lifting totes, boxes, products, shelves, interior store sign, store equipment and hand-held tools
- Lifting and installing shelving 4’ in length (weighing up to 15 lbs.)
- Extensive standing while placing products on/off shelving
- Frequent work at sites under construction, may be dusty
