Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Life Sciences team in Montreal. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Pharmaceutical - EMPOWER Validation Specialist.

**Your main responsibilities**:
Collaborate closely with the project team to understand client's specific requirements regarding EMPOWER and CSV processes
Design and execute comprehensive validation protocols for EMPOWER, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards
Perform thorough testing to ensure data integrity and reliability processed by EMPOWER
Analyze test results, identify potential issues, and propose improvement solutions
Thoroughly document validation activities and produce detailed reports on the obtained results
Maintain regular communication with the project team and stakeholders regarding the progress of EMPOWER validation

**Qualifications**:
More than 5 years of proven experience as a Validation Specialist, with specific expertise in EMPOWER
Autonomy and ability to independently lead validation projects
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards related to EMPOWER and CSV processes
Familiarity with validation procedures in the pharmaceutical industry or similar regulated environments
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Results-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and precision
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
