Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist in managing reservations and waitlist
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Provide accurate wait times to guests
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in taking to-go orders and packaging them appropriately
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

**Job Type**: Part-time
