**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring proper phone etiquette at all times.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, communication, and collaboration with team members.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, particularly in a medical office setting.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the office.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
- Proficient in using computerized systems and phone systems effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Administrative experience that includes handling front desk responsibilities.
- Attention to detail, particularly in proofreading documents for accuracy.
- Previous experience in a medical office is a plus but not required.
