**Ton rôle**

En tant que contrôleur financier, tu seras appelé à superviser et gérer tous les aspects de la fonction financière de l'entreprise. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes pour garantir l'intégrité des données financières et fournir des analyses pertinentes pour soutenir la prise de décision stratégique.

Plus précisément, tu auras à:

- Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et maintenir des politiques et des procédures financières efficaces;
- Superviser la préparation des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels;
- Effectuer des analyses financières approfondies pour identifier les tendances, les risques et les opportunités;
- Coordonner et diriger les activités de budgétisation et de prévision;
- Gérer les processus de clôture comptable et assurer la conformité aux normes comptables;
- Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance financière et proposer des actions correctives si nécessaire;
- Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles pour optimiser les processus et améliorer la rentabilité;
- Fournir un soutien dans le cadre des audits internes et externes;
- Assurer l’intégration et le développement des technologies de l’information au sein de l’entreprise;
- Identifier les subventions applicables à l’entreprise et ses opérations.

**Profil recherché**
- BAC en comptabilité;
- Expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire;
- Connaissance approfondie des principes comptables et des normes financières;
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques, y compris les logiciels de gestion financière;
- Excellentes compétences analytiques;
- Fortes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais;
- Autonome et souci du détail;
- Respect des échéanciers.

**Your role**

As a financial controller, you will be called upon to supervise and manage all aspects of the company's financial function. You will work closely with the different teams to guarantee the integrity of financial data and provide relevant analyzes to support strategic decision-making.

More specifically, you will have to:

- Develop, implement and maintain effective financial policies and procedures;
- Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports;
- Perform in-depth financial analyzes to identify trends, risks and opportunities;
- Coordinate and direct budgeting and forecasting activities;
- Manage accounting closing processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards;
- Monitor financial performance indicators and propose corrective actions if necessary;
- Collaborate with operational teams to optimize processes and improve profitability;
- Provide support for internal and external audits;
- Ensure the integration and development of information technologies within the company;
- Identify subsidies applicable to the business and its operations.

**Required profile**
- BAC in accounting;
- Relevant experience in a similar position;
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards;
- Mastery of IT tools, including financial management software;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
- Autonomous and attention to detail;
- Respect of deadlines.
