We are seeking a progressive HR Systems Specialist for our HR Systems & Analytics team who is passionate about making a difference every day in a fast-paced, high-growth company. This role will report to the Sr. Data Analyst and work to support our Global HR operations from our corporate office.

**Most of the things you'll be doing**:

- An expert in human resource systems.
- Responsible for supporting and administering the HRIS and Employee survey platform (data setup, monitoring permission levels, exporting/importing, etc.)
- Involved in conducting the analysis of the business requirements and designing the system logic.
- Involved in all the functions related to system integration and customizations.
- Providing instructions to the system users and advising them on how to use the system effectively.
- Analyzes the technical issues and troubleshoots them.
- Coordinates with the other departments to generate various related reports by working in compliance with the organizational standards.
- Have a deep, technical understanding of people data structure, business processes, and policies to ensure people metrics are understood and interpreted correctly.
- Support with ad hoc report queries, providing expert level visualizations.
- Suggest ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department.
- Create and maintain HR process mapping & procedure documentation.
- Develop and facilitate internal HR training sessions on new/updated processes.
- Accurate and timely data processing.

**Qualifications**:
**You'll Need To Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in HR, business, or information systems.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar HRIS role in a high-volume environment.
- A background in information technology and HR is important and should also possess strong analytical problem-solving and excellent research skills.
- Knowledge of human resource information systems (HRIS) and database maintenance basic concepts.
- Experience with data visualization software preferred (PowerBI or similar).
- Experience with SQL scripts, queries, and API connections an asset.
- Experience participating in the selection and evaluation of programming tools and methodologies an asset.
- Experience with creating, building, facilitating regular data audits an asset.
- Skill in performing accurate data entry and ability to demonstrate close attention to detail.
- Must have strong MS Office Excel skills (formulas), MS Word, Outlook, Powerpoint.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an ability to build an effective and collaborative working relationship.
- Should demonstrate high level of confidentiality while handling the organization or any employee's private information.
- Should have excellent organizational and time management skills combined with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- A quick-learner with an ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Solid work ethic with the ability to multi-task.
