Recruitment Administrative Agent

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will provide administrative support for the hiring process, in collaboration with the recruiting team. You will mainly assist them in the pre-board screening officer positions at all airports in Eastern Canada served by Securitas Aviation.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the administrative portion of the staffing process: phone calls for validation of prerequisites, collect all the pre-employment documents required in employee files, complete all the documentation required to proceed with the hiring;
- Ensure compliance of recruitment files with STAS rules;
- Monitor key performance indicators related to the recruitment process and contribute to their improvement and development;
- Provide support to the Human Resources department and participate in certain HR processes and responsible for the production of certain reports, all in collaboration with recruitment colleagues;
- Perform all related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- College diploma in administration or relevant discipline (an asset);
- One to three years of experience in administration in a unionized environment (an asset);
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Writing and conversation skills in French and English;
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with multiple stakeholders;
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills;
- Rigorous work ethic, great respect for confidentiality, good professional judgment and developed sense of initiative;
- Ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to adapt and tolerate ambiguity and stress.
