**What you will do**:
Customer Service Representative - FlyO'Land
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and support. Each day presents an opportunity for you to transform a FlyO'Land visitor into a loyal customer. We're looking for a dynamic and passionate team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves engaging with customers
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver exceptional customer service from the moment guests enter the store, answering any questions with a positive attitude.
- Help customers understand our brand, what we offer, and guide them through promotions, benefits, and store policies.
- Encourage guests to join our loyalty program by explaining the perks and rewards.
- Show your passion for FlyO'Land products and services while assisting customers.
- Support the team in ensuring the store runs smoothly by helping with daily operations, providing top-notch service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain knowledge of various store sections such as but not limited to front cash reception, indoor playground operations, rides operations, train operations, rock climbing operations, technical maintenance and support
- Maintain ride and train equipment including cleanliness, technical maintenance and repair.
- Maintain claw machines including refilling, technical fixes and general cleanliness.
- Assist with events, promotions, or parties, including setting up displays and distributing materials for guests in collaboration with Marketing and Event team.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store roles
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new inventory.
- Support opening and/or closing procedures
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of all areas, including restrooms, common spaces, and the children's playground. This includes the prompt and hygienic handling of any incidents involving bodily fluids such as urine, feces, and vomit, ensuring that all surfaces are disinfected according to health and safety standards.
- Be an active member of the store community by attending and supporting store events
- Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service techniques.
- Assist colleagues with tasks and share best practices to improve store
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor

**Qualifications**:
- Able to effectively communicate written and verbally
- Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
- Customer service and / or retail experience preferred
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and / or holidays, based on store needs
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
