**Warehouse Supervisor
- report to Warehouse Manager**

**Duties**:

- Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, storing, and distributing materials and products
- Ensure compliance with required regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill internal/external orders in a timely manner - Train and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling time and assigning tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Frequently reporting on inventory evaluation analysis and recommendations, highlighting any areas of concern.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through planning and conducting the inventory count for all locations of facilities
- Performs other related duties as required.

- Optimize inventory controls and locations for both inbound and outbound operation.

**Skills**:

- Has excellent team management skills.
- Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities and create recommendations.

- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments

**Eperience**:
Inventory management: 5 years (preferred)
