Are you passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry? MedPros is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Part-Time Clinic Coordinator to join our team.

**About Us**: MedPros is small healthcare management business that supports a variety of OHIP and private pay clinics in Southern Ontario.

As a Clinic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a variety of healthcare and wellness clinics. You will work closely with the Manager and other team members to support daily operations and contribute to the growth of clients clinics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day support to a variety of clinics and the Manager.
- Manage general day-to-day operations of our client’s clinic, such as staff hiring and training, staff scheduling, appointment management, patient management, updating a variety of excel spreadsheets, providing weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators for operations, finance, customer service, patient satisfaction, etc.
- Work with a variety of EMR software.
- Strengthen existing client relationships and build new ones.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns to attract new clients.
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets to track key performance indicators for managed clinics.
- Assist with sales efforts through social media, marketing, direct calls, and online advertising.
- Travel to client and project sites as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Health & Wellness clinics.
- Previous experience in Family practice clinics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid G driver’s license with own vehicle.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

- Supervisory: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
