**Key responsibilities**
- Uphold and promote health and safety standards in all workplace activities.
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 25 employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and control costs while managing the site’s budget.
- Collaborate in the preparation of the annual operating budget.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and productivity.
- Drive the development and implementation of site improvement initiatives.
- Represent EPC Canada professionally in customer-facing interactions.
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees to achieve their full potential.
- Organize and oversee the maintenance of industrial and heavy vehicle equipment.
- Conduct daily team meetings with a focus on occupational health and safety (OHS).
- Perform additional duties as required to support site operations.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in production, manufacturing management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing or production (5-10 years).
- Demonstrated expertise in personnel management and team leadership.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and accounting principles.
- Technical aptitude in industrial mechanics, fixed machinery, or heavy vehicle systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word).
- Familiarity with explosive products and hazardous materials regulations (preferred).
- Bilingualism in English and French (an asset).
