- Chair regular internal program reviews and effectively lead the cross-functional team in meeting the committed schedule and budget.
- Share your knowledge and experience with the broader Network team and be willing to assist with other activities as required.
- Minimum 20 years of experience leading the delivery of multiple large complex programs (or similar).
- 10+ years’ progressive work experience in a telecommunications environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build teams and implement the processes and tools that enable organizations to scale.
- Track record demonstrating an ability to plan, budget, schedule, and monitor a network delivery project from concept to final test and delivery.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently represent complex programs to stakeholders and create organizational buy-in for strengthening business initiatives such as new processes and tools.
- Proven ability to break down barriers and foster collaboration across the organization.
- Experience in large-scale network operations and processes is required.
- Experience working within government financial contribution frameworks and the associated external reporting (status, financial, contractual) requirements required by those programs is required.
- Willingness to travel.
