**About us**

A1 Tiling & Flooring is a professional tiling and remodeling company serving clients across most of Southern Ontario. We are professional, agile, innovative, and our goal is to hire skilled and knowledgeable tile setters and installers for subdivision contracts in and around the Peterborough area and other parts of Ontario.

Job Title: Installer

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and assemble various products and equipment according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and installation manuals
- Use hand and power tools to complete installations
- Ensure proper alignment, fit, and functionality of installed components
- Test installed equipment to ensure proper operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Note: Previous experience as an installer or in a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

- 10 hour shift
