**What you do**:
As a member of the Technology Team, you will be focusing on Quality Assurance (QA) Testing and documentation for an 8 month contract with a possibility of 6 month extension. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing test plans and test cases, and executing tests to ensure high-quality products are delivered to our end users. In this role, you will be expected to:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Perform testing of software products to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Identify and report defects and issues to the development team, including detailed steps to reproduce the issue.
- Work with developers to ensure defects and issues are resolved, and products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Participate in project planning and estimation, including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including test plans, test cases, and project status reports.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and QA methodologies.

Qualifications:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- You have 3+ years of experience in software testing and QA methodologies.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are Familiar with Agile software development methodologies and tools such as Jira or DevOps
- You have a passion for QA testing and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
