**Responsabilités**:

- Étudier les solutions possibles pour l'automatisation et la simplification des processus opérationnels.
- Documenter et exécuter les tests d'acceptation de l'histoire de l'utilisateur.
- Fournir aux membres de l'équipe un soutien en matière de solutions et de récits d'utilisateurs.
- Soutenir l'investigation, l'analyse et la réponse aux incidents.
- Faciliter les négociations sur les problèmes et les solutions avec les parties prenantes de l'entreprise.
- Assurer la qualité du développement et de la solution avant la sortie de l'incrément de produit.

**Qualifications**:

- 6 à 8 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste produit ou analyste commercial.
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans la conception de l'expérience des employés en matière de technologie de l'information.
- 3-4 ans d'expérience avec ServiceNow.
- 3 à 4 ans d'expérience dans la collaboration avec un large éventail d'équipes de back-office.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience de travail au sein d'une équipe de pratique Agile.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion des exigences, y compris la collecte et l'analyse des exigences et la rédaction d'histoires d'utilisateurs.
- Connaissance des concepts d'analyse et de conception des systèmes.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à communiquer des informations techniques dans un langage facile à comprendre.
- Capacité à percevoir et à comprendre les différents points de vue des parties prenantes.
- Capable d'assumer la propriété intellectuelle, d'accorder une grande attention aux détails et de s'engager à fournir un produit de qualité.
- Capable de diriger efficacement des démonstrations et des présentations.
- Résolveur de problèmes, doté de solides compétences en matière de facilitation et d'analyse, capable de gérer des priorités multiples. (souhaitable).
