**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced computerized packline with a strong work ethic to get the job done efficiently and safely.
- Safe operation of a forklift for shipping and receiving, loading/unloading trucks.
- Ability to operate inventory functions in FAMOUS for inventory and shipping entries.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Accurate use WMS Scanners.
- Ability to work in a variety of different climates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- With training safely operate palletizer robots and communicate mechanical/technical. issues to management.
- Safely use pallet jack to remove full pallets from robots, place empty pallets in correct position.
- With training program palletizing robots accurately and make changes when required based on packing form or PA announcements.
- Preform prestart checklists and submit daily.
- Count cartons accurately and consistently and make tags accordingly.
- Ensure pallets are wrapped and corner boarded (if necessary) according to the packing form information and customer specification.

- Consistent reliability.

**Experience**:

- Forklift Operator: 1 year (preferred)

Pay $17.20 per hour
