**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Safely lift and stack packed product.
- Court, record and organize inventory, and report any issues or inconsistencies.
- Safely operate manual pallet equipment (pallet jack)
- Change tape, labels, fruit sticker, and printer ribbon as necessary, and ensure efficient changeover of this equipment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a variety of different climates.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced computerized packline environment with a strong work ethic to get the job done efficiently and safely.
- Ability to work as part of a team to pack, handle, and sort fruit (primarily apples)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to take directions from supervisors
- Ability to maintain food safety standards - safety shoes, hairnets/snoods, jackets, and no piercings or jewelry.
- Consistent, reliable, and reliable transportation.

**Education and Experience**:

- High School Diploma.
- Experience using a forklift is considered an asset.

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour
