**Reporting to the Director of Sales and Business Development, this role will involve sales of cement products to various customers along with actively seeking out new clients. You'll have the opportunity to develop connections that foster loyalty and be part of a company with a fantastic culture that appreciates your achievements.**

**Your Day to Day**
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Coordinate with logistics and production departments for timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate within a high-energy, fast-moving, and supportive team.
- Travel to customer locations as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer information, sales transactions, and contracts.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Manage inventory levels and track product availability.
- Handle invoicing, pricing, and payment inquiries.
- Support the sales team with documentation and paperwork, including contracts and agreements.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
