Kelowna's favourite restaurant and bar are more than excited to welcome a new Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our growing family.

We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to bring their personality to work, who loves to talk FOOD, and takes a hands-on, in-it-to-win-it, gettin' dirty in the trenches approach to management. With support from our Restaurant Manager and Brand Manager, you'll be walking into a well oiled machine with solid systems in place and dedicated office hours to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

- At least 2 year supervisory experience in a full service dining establishment;
- At least 4 years serving experience in a full service dining establishment;
- Bar experience an asset;
- Strong passion and respect for progressive regional cuisine;
- Strong knowledge of and passion for regional wine, beer and spirits;
- Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire team motivation throughout the restaurant;
- Advanced knowledge of microsoft suites and Point of Sales systems - Touch Bistro experience an asset;
- WSET level 2 or equivalent an asset;
- Stable and progressive work history;
- Excellent references.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$61,000.00 per year
