**Job Description**:
Under the supervision of the Gross Profit Manager, the Gross Profit Specialist strives to improve the NAPA Corporate and/or Associate Stores' gross profit results. They lead the analysis, problem-solving, and improvement measures of gross profit margins. They conduct steady reviews and analysis of results and involve all management teams in addressing and solving issues.

In this role you will be:

- A valued and integral role as a pricing specialist for store support

- Developing and implementing a price management program for your specified region or territory

Your responsibilities:

- Analyze sales versus price profiles and personalized pricing for each customer, identify problem areas, develop solutions as well as advise and support store management and the region to correct problem areas and improve gross profit margins.
- Create and manage store or region-specific pricing structures based on sales data and market price analysis. Ensure the follow-up and the performance of the latter.
- Monitor the results obtained by the stores through the production and analysis of reports. Communicate results to the various management teams.
- Make recommendations to the regional management teams, the product management team, and the price management team on the best solutions to the problems identified.
- Define, communicate, and monitor the implementation of policies and procedures related to the management of gross profit margins. Monitor and support the proper implementation of policies, procedures, and programs.
- Develop or adapt and deliver training sessions for store management and operations management.
- Regularly carry out market studies at national and regional levels to keep our prices competitive.

**Qualifications**:
To join our team, you need:

- Degree in Commerce Management/Business Administration and/or a combination of education and experience with a strong accounting/finance component.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of our national and regional markets, our customers, and our competition is an asset.
