Kids Without Limits supports parents and guardians of children with autism and/or other developmental delays, by coordinating temporary relief and the opportunity to take a break from the demands of daily care of their loved ones. **Job Overview**:
As an Respite Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, updating client information files, performing various office duties, and managing the intake process for new clients. You will work closely with the management team, respite support workers, and families to ensure that all clients receive the support they need.
**Responsibilities**:
- Updating client information files, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date
- Performing various office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Managing the intake process for new clients, including scheduling, and conducting intake interviews with families
- Collecting necessary client information, such as medical history and developmental background
- Communicating with families, caregivers, and management to ensure that all client needs are being met
- Coordinating with the scheduling team to ensure that clients are matched with appropriate caregivers
- Maintaining confidentiality of all client information
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
- 1:1 in home support with respite support workers.

**Requirements**:
- High school diploma and 2 years of experience working in childcare, or related setting.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or vulnerable populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
