**Role**:
Reporting to the Agency Director, the Creative Content Editor will lead the creation, curation, and management of diverse content for our clients across various platforms. Additionally, they will lend their expertise to support our publishing divisions with editorial and social media content development. This role demands a creative storyteller with exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

**Responsibilities**:
The Content Manager will develop engaging client case studies, write effective brochures, press releases and website content, curate and manage content for social media platforms, and oversee the creation of videos showcasing client narratives.
- Conduct one-on-one interviews and craft engaging and insightful client case studies, aligning with client objectives and highlighting success stories effectively.
- Research, curate, create, and manage content for social media platforms to amplify brand presence, engage audiences, and drive client goals forward.
- Produce captivating and informative videos showcasing client products, services, or narratives for use across digital channels.
- Craft compelling press releases that effectively communicate client news, achievements, or milestones to relevant media outlets.
- Oversee website content, ensuring it reflects client branding, messaging, and strategic objectives while ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their content needs, aligning strategies, and maintaining a strong client-agency relationship.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including editorial, design, marketing, and account management, to ensure content aligns with broader marketing strategies.
- Liaising with internal and client stakeholders as well as a variety of vendors including web developers to maintain internal and client operations.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Post-secondary degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a diverse content creation portfolio (case studies, social media, videos, press releases, etc.).
- Proactively stay informed about industry trends, attend events, and demonstrate a curiosity for discovering potential stories to enhance and elevate content strategy.
- Proficiency in digital content creation tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Google Analytics
- Client-facing experience with the ability to understand needs, cultivate relationships, and communicate effectively.
- Highly organized, efficient, and reliable.
- Previous experience in editing and social media management.
- Resourceful, committed, and reliable
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality output.
- Positive and friendly demeanor is a must

This role is a hybrid position, which offers the flexibility of remote work, with the expectation of attending an in-office meeting once a week for collaboration and discussion. Additionally, periodic team meetings will be held in the office to align on strategies, projects status and goals.
