**_ A bit about the role _**

As a Junior Hardware Tester at Solink, you will play a crucial role in our operations and supply chain teams. This position involves hands-on work with data storage units, ensuring they meet our high standards before reaching customers. You will work closely with our internal teams, especially under the guidance of Adam in Fulfillment and our Quality Assurance group.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You are enrolled in full-time studies seeking a co-op opportunity
- You have an educational background in Networking, Computer Science, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- You have strong time management and prioritization skills.
- You have strong attention to detail.
- You have fundamental computer skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- You have experience in hardware testing or a keen interest in developing these skills.
- You have creative problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box.

**SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- You will provision and configure data storage units.
- You will prepare and organize units for shipment to customers.
- You will collaborate with reverse logistics to test and evaluate returned hardware.
- You will assist in physically repairing hardware, including the use of screwdrivers and drills.
- You will utilize tools like Google and Smartsheets for documentation and workflow management.
