Automotive Service Advisor

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join for our team.

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking individual to join our growing dealership, with lots of room to grow. Reliable Ford is family ran dealership that provides an exceptional customer experience. Experience will be considered an asset, but willing to train someone with the ambition to learn and grow in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities Include:

- Communicating with Technicians and Parts Team to ensure timely completion of work
- Take ownership and accountability for delivering excellent service quality
- Scheduling service appointments
- Writing work orders
- Direct and dispatch technicians and or detailer’s ROs
- Make best value repair recommendations and recommendations for preventative maintenance
- Identifying the necessary services based on the customer’s needs
- Using the DMS system (Reynolds & Reynolds) for scheduling, recording, and vehicle history
- Assisting the warranty clerk

Qualifications:

- 5 plus years experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to negotiate and sell tactfully
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a good work ethic and drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superb multi-tasker
- Excellent computer and typing skills

Automotive workshop process and mechanical knowledge an asset

Experience in a Ford Dealership will be considered an asset

Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds an asset

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
