**Job Summary**:
As a Heavy Equipment Operator at JVC Group Ltd. you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various heavy equipment, including but not limited to skid steers, bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders. You will work closely with the management team to ensure projects are completed on time and within required specifications, while adhering to all safety guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, including but not limited to skid steers, bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders.
- Utilize a mobile app to complete pre and post trip operational inspections.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Clean and lubricate equipment, refill equipment tanks
- Collaborate with the management team to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
- Ensure the proper care and storage of equipment when not in use.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
- Valid and up-to-date heavy equipment operator certification. (not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and guidelines.
- Ability to operate various heavy equipment in a skilled and efficient manner.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina to endure long hours of operation.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Reliable and dependable
- Enjoy working with others
- Class 1 license would be considered an asset but not mandatory

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
